Strawberry recipes

 Students from the Department of Food and Nutrition, Faculty of Human Life Science and the Department of Food and Health Sciences, Graduate School of Human Life Sciences are pleased to announce new original recipe cards released for February 2021. This month’s theme uses strawberries to create recipes that are pleasant to the eyes. You must try them out!

What is the original recipe card design project?
 Students from the Department of Food and Nutrition, Faculty of Human Life Science and the Department of Food and Health Sciences, Graduate School of Human Life Science promote good health and a balanced diet through the development of original menus that use seasonal ingredients and special seasonings available in the Abeno Harukas Kintetsu Main Store – where they also distribute the recipe cards.
